A high-precision instrument used for non-contact surface topography, profiling, and film thickness measurements.

Gatan metro (camera)

A high-performance direct detection in situ counting camera, optimized for low-voltage acceleration (60–200 kV) to image beam-sensitive materials with high signal-to-noise.

A high-sensitivity analytical tool used for performing precise elemental distribution mapping and chemical characterization.

A high-efficiency plasma cleaning system used to prepare ultra-clean samples and TEM grids by removing organic contaminants. 

High-vacuum pumping systems

A network of KF and CF type turbo pumps used to maintain the stringent vacuum conditions required for electron microscopy.
